We chose multiple genome sequence repositories or sequence centers that have finished or
unfinished microbial sequences publicly available for download.
Currently, our database contains contigs from over 340 microbial genomes comprised of over 1.3 billion nucleotides.
We have plans to include mitochondrial, virus, and plasmid sequences in the near future.
